About Us
OUR STORY
In a bustling workshop filled with the rhythmic hum of sewing machines and the diligent chatter of workers, a young boy spent his school vacations learning the ropes of the clothing industry. This boy, who would one day become an engineer, found himself captivated by the craftsmanship and dedication required to produce high-quality garments for international brands.
As the years went by, the dream of creating his own brand began to take shape in his heart. Though he pursued a career in engineering and worked in the field for eight years, the allure of the fashion world and his childhood memories in his father’s factory never left him.
Determined to start his brand with precision and excellence, he made a life-changing decision. He left his engineering career and returned to his roots, working alongside his father in the family factory. For nine years, he immersed himself in every aspect of the manufacturing process, mastering the quality standards required by the most prestigious international brands.
In 2024, the moment finally arrived to bring his dream to life. With a wealth of knowledge, experience, and an unwavering commitment to quality, he launched TAPI’s. Our brand is a testament to the meticulous craftsmanship and high standards learned over decades, now dedicated to providing Egyptian children with world-class apparel.
At TAPI’s, we believe that every child deserves to wear clothing that combines comfort, style, and durability. Our mission is to create delightful, high-quality kids' wear that reflects the joy and energy of childhood, made with love and care in every stitch.
Welcome to TAPI’s—where dreams are woven into reality, and every garment tells a story of passion, heritage, and the pursuit of excellence.
OUR NAME
This name option is inspired by two elements: tailored/tailor, and butterfly.
A butterfly in French is called Papillon, and the two letters "pi" were taken from the word and used in the brand name. Butterflies symbolize both childhood, and elegance and grace. This is the perfect representation of the brand, since the pieces are all elegant and chic, and designed for children.
The word tailor, or tailleur, in French, was used as inspir-ation, to signify and portray how each piece is carefully tailored and designed, and how each piece is unique.
