TAPI'S Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

At Tapi's, We strive to ensure that you and your little ones are completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return, exchange and refund policy is designed to be easy, fair, and customer-friendly.

1. Easy Returns

  • Return Window: You can return any item within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Shipping Fees: 
    • In case  of receiving damaged or wrong item , color or size. All amount will be refunded along with the shipping fees.
    • In case you no longer need the product, shipping fees will be deducted from the whole amount.

2. Hassle-Free Exchanges

  • Exchange Window: Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Shipping Fees: 
    • In case of exchanging due to damaged or wrong item ,color or size received. A new item will be sent with free shipping.
    • In case of exchanging due to change of mind, Shipping fees will be added.

3. How to Return or Exchange an item

  • Go to Return & Exchange Page.

  • Enter your order number and mobile number.

  • Choose Refund or Exchange

  • Then A pickup will be arranged to return the item.

5. Refund process

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return item.
  • Payment Method: Refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
